Traditional-style center seam leather moccasins, individually cut and hand sewn one stitch at a time. These comfortable handmade moccasins are a wonderful choice for everyday wear and have also become especially popular with historical reenactors and living-history enthusiasts for wearing around camp and as part of their gear.
We've heard from returning customers who love keeping their center seam moccasins handy as comfortable camp footwear — easy to slip on for relaxing in the evening, walking around camp, or those middle-of-the-night trips out of the tent!
Each pair is custom made to order using soft, quality deer or elk hide for the uppers and sturdy buffalo hide for the soles. Every moccasin is hand sewn with artificial sinew, with no sewing machine used in the construction.

Fit & Measurements
Moccasins are traditionally designed to fit snugly and be worn without socks. The soft leather will stretch somewhat with wear and gradually mold to the shape of your feet.
If possible, we recommend providing foot measurements for the best custom fit. We understand that measurements aren't always possible, and that's perfectly fine — if measurements aren't provided, we can make your moccasins using the standard men's or women's size ordered.
When taking measurements, please measure while standing with your full weight on your feet, as your feet naturally spread when bearing weight.
 
If providing measurements, please send:
Foot length: Measure from the back of the heel to the tip of the longest toe.
Ball width: Measure straight across the widest part of the foot at the ball.
Heel width: Measure straight across the widest part of the heel.
Please measure both feet if possible and send us the measurements for each. Small differences between feet are completely normal.
 
Planning to wear socks? Please let us know when ordering. Many of our reenactor customers wear their center seam moccasins with thick wool socks, especially during cooler weather and events. If you'll be wearing thick wool or other heavier socks with your moccasins, please mention this along with your measurements so we can accommodate the additional room when making your pair.
 
Made One Pair at a Time
Because every pair is handmade from genuine hide, no two pairs will be exactly alike. Natural differences in grain, texture, markings, and color are part of the character of genuine leather. Even hides described as the same color may vary slightly from one hide to another.
Each pair is individually cut and sewn by hand using traditional handcrafting techniques. The photos shown are examples of our workmanship; your finished moccasins will have their own unique characteristics.

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your moccasins to be completed before shipping. All domestic U.S. orders include tracking.
