The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All items in our shop are shipped USPS first class mail and tracked within the domestic US

Our moccasins are handcrafted from genuine leather and designed to be comfortable, durable, and long-lasting. With proper care, they will age beautifully and develop their own unique character over time.

Cleaning

• Wipe dirt or dust away with a soft, dry cloth.
• For light cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and gently wipe the leather.
• Avoid soaking the leather or using harsh cleaners.

Conditioning

• Leather may dry over time. To keep it soft and supple, occasionally apply a small amount of leather conditioner or mink oil.
• Apply sparingly and buff with a soft cloth.

Drying

• If moccasins become damp, allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature.
• Do not place near heaters, fireplaces, or direct sunlight, as this may cause the leather to dry out or crack.

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Avoid long-term storage in plastic bags; breathable fabric bags are best.

Note

Natural leather may soften, darken slightly, and develop beautiful wear patterns over time. This is normal and part of the charm of genuine leather.
