A Winter Studio Update from FaeMoon Treasures

Winter always brings a quieter, slower kind of magic - and this season has been no different here at FaeMoon Treasures. While the world outside settles into snow, bare branches, and soft light, my little studio has been filled with new colors, textures, and creative energy.

This winter has been a time of reflection, experimentation, and gentle growth. I’ve been pouring new resin pieces, playing with fresh color palettes, working with dried florals, beads, and crystals, and building out new collections that feel inspired by the season. Winter has a way of making everything feel a little more intimate - and that feeling has found its way into my work.

What I’ve Been Creating This Winter

Over the past few months, I’ve been focused on creating one-of-a-kind handmade pieces that bring a little light and joy to everyday life. From glittering badge reels and sun catchers to jewelry, keychains, and tumbler charms, everything in my shop is made slowly and intentionally, right here in my home studio.

Many of my new designs have been inspired by:

• The beautiful landscapes I so love

• Deep blues, purples, and icy pastels

• Real dried flowers

• Sparkling mica powders and glitter

• Natural stones and crystals

No two pours ever come out the same, which is one of the things I love most about working with resin and natural materials. Each piece has its own personality - just like the people who eventually take them home.

Growing and Expanding FaeMoon This Season

This winter has also been a time of expanding what FaeMoon offers. Alongside my resin art and photography, I’ve been adding more jewelry, beaded pieces, crystals, and small handcrafted accessories to the shop. I love being able to offer a mix of art, wearable pieces, and meaningful little treasures that people can connect with.

Behind the scenes, I’ve been organizing, updating product listings, and working on new ways to make the website easier to browse and more enjoyable to shop. Every blog post, product update, and new listing helps FaeMoon continue to grow - and I’m so grateful for everyone who supports this little creative business.

Why Winter Is One of My Favorite Seasons to Create

There’s something about winter that invites you to slow down and really focus. With fewer distractions and quieter days, I’m able to spend more time experimenting, refining designs, and letting ideas take shape. Some of my favorite pieces have been born during these colder months, when creativity has room to breathe.

Whether it’s pouring resin late in the afternoon as the light fades, photographing finished pieces in my sunny backyard, or sketching out ideas for future collections, winter feels like a season of gentle magic in the studio.
